Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: you get a free 15-minute preview before paying, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Because access is delivered instantly and in full, a completed purchase is not refundable — but if you were charged and did not get access, we refund you fully.

1. What you are buying

A ₹499 purchase gives 3 days of full view access to the directory, starting from the moment payment is confirmed.

2. Try before you pay

Every member gets a free 15-minute preview before paying. You can search and browse every profile in that time. We provide this specifically so nobody buys without knowing what they are getting.

3. When we do not refund

Access is a digital product delivered immediately and in full. Once your paid access has been activated, the purchase is not refundable — including if:

you did not use the 3 days, or used only part of them;
you did not find a particular person or detail you were hoping for;
an entry turned out to be incomplete or out of date (we do not verify entries — see the Terms of Use);
someone removed their listing after you paid.

4. When we do refund — in full

We refund the whole amount, no questions asked, if:

you were charged but access was not granted — we will either restore access or refund you, whichever you prefer;
you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
the service was unavailable for most of your 3 days because of a fault on our side.

5. How to request one

Email admin@tashiautomations.in from the address you signed in with, telling us roughly when you paid. You do not need to send any payment or card details.

We respond within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Money is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails, no access is granted and you are not charged. If money left your account but access did not appear, it is usually a pending transaction that reverses on its own within 5–7 working days. Email us and we will check it against our records either way.

7. Access we withdraw

If we suspend access because the Terms of Use were broken — for example bulk copying or sharing a login — no refund is due for the remaining period.
